When will my order arrive?

To ensure that every Cashmere/wool item is up to our high standard, we need 1-7 business days to process your order to ship. The delivery time usually needs to be 7-30 days. You can use the tracking number we send to you to follow the order status on our website or official shipping carrier website.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer two methods of shipping: 1. For some countries, all free shipping, no shipping fee; 2. For other countries, we offer free shipping on orders over $198, or a flat rate of $15, all duties and taxes Fees are calculated and paid at checkout with no additional charges for delivery.
