Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to. However, we recommend you register because it is easier for you to check and manage your orders during the delivery process.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? 

To make the shipping process as efficient as possible, we do not support edits or cancellations once an order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

Why did I receive an email saying that the item I ordered is out of stock?

Unfortunately, we sometimes oversell an item and therefore need to cancel your order and refund you. This is not our intention, but it does happen from time to time with popular products. If this happens, you will always receive a notification and a prompt refund from us and we can recommend a similar item for you.

What should I do if a package is not delivered within the normal time?

You are welcome to email us with any questions you may have, including but not limited to order status, shipping issues, or even changes to information.
